If your eating good quality meat on an almost daily basis you really shouldn't ever need to worry about your protein intake. Needing to take any sort of non-food substance to get adequate protein is just propaganda. Any sort of isolated protein is going to be difficult for your body to digest and is gonna cause problems in the long run. If your gonna make a protein shake I would say just use a nut butter instead of the protein powder, blends well, taste good, and is cheaper, most likely.
Hey strengthproject! I am a track runner, and I just recently started lifting weights actively. Do you think you could do a video on pre-workout supplements, and post workout protein?
@MarcusHowardCentral Don't take supplements. They contain factory made ingredients so why put them in your body? As for PO protein, try food! Don't take whey. It is a waste of money. Protein is protein so go natural and eat some food.
@JoeyMorgan619 just eat around 3-5 times a day, and mix there some protein shaks and some fruits aswell, that should be the rigth way. Atleast it works for me! :)
These warm-up videos are great. I think generally, most people are confused on what constitutes a safe, effective, and healthy warm-up before working out. You should definitely do more and go into the science a little bit too.
wheres all the anatomy and physiology videos?? i was lookin forward to one of those each day. i suppose the warm up and stretching ones are useful still but id like to learn more about the anat/physio if you wouldnt mind =p
