I was entering a similar situation after a management change at my last job. It was getting so bad that even my counselor was begging me to quit. Luckily, my husband just happened to get a promotion at his job that required us to move to another state, so that definitely saved my life.

People will be more likely to find this if you include something like "Abusive Bosses Doc" in the headline rather than simply "Episode 1".

I don't think people are really drawn in by the promise of an "Episode".
