  • Nice work overall, I'm playing this for my all-state audition. Just a few comment. 1. Piano player was far too loud, not your fault. 2. first note of the fast section was slightly pitchy. 3. It would be nice if you could accent the accented triplets and dotted quarters a bit more, just preference though. Overall a very good performance.

  • For being a 15 year old sax player, you did a fantastic job with this! I'm currently studying saxophone in college, and I played the first two movements of this peice at the end of the first semester for my jury. It was a tough peice to learn! But I loved it! And I liked your performance! Keep on playing!

  • Congratulations on getting third even though it's been a few years. I know all too well how difficult Mr. Anderson's music is to play. He was my father. Thanks for posting this video.

  • i'm not going to be critical of your performance. i'd just like to thank you for posting this video. i'd wondered what this piece sounds like for a while, and after hearing i from you, i bought it immediately. thanks a lot for showing me how awesome this piece is.

  • Don't push the tempo too fast! The adagio at the end of the movement is way too fast. Plus, you're playing all the way too loud. Be careful about the musicality and rythms, and I'm sure this song will be way more interesting to listen to.
