The OP of this video whines that he was "told" it was FEMA and that others say no, that the viewer should decide. OK, whatever your fantasy is, that's it, so be it. The reality is, it ain't FEMA.

Where exactly am I "whining" at? I said I was told they were FEMA drills, however I was also told that they were standard emergency training drills. No where am projecting a "fantasy". We had a tip off from several credible sources that these were FEMA drills, and even at the drill while filming, people told us that it was under FEMA. I honestly don't know if it was for FEMA or not so I am letting the viewer be the judge. No one is fear mongering, everyones a critic...

This is a standard FAA training exercise which all major airports do every 3 years. The so called "bomb" truck is a propane truck. It feeds a fire training device. This simulates how to knock down a fuel feed fire which could occur during an actual crash. The "victims" are volunteers. Early that morning they showed up and were assigned an "injury". Make up artists, many from local colleges studying theatrics apply the injury effects and they are very astounding. This ain't FEMA.

FEMA is insane. this was started under Reagan with Ollie North as an adviser to compliment REX-84. Regan created FEMA for civil unrest and domestic response to domestic terrorists, among other "emergencies". the idea that a federal agency should have jurisdiction over a local area for lock down, quarantine, safety, etc is Orwellian. Im sure these guys participating in these drills have the best interests of the people in mind, but their superiors are into total control and profit. case - Katrina

Trying to turn a standard disaster training drill into something sinister is pretty lame. You want to make a splash worthy of that soundtrack, get crowd control training by the Army on video, I imagine the exercises they are training on are pretty hardcore.

If this were a plane crash emergency exercise then: 1.) Why the biohazard suits? 2.) Why the oversized bomb disposal unit @3:18 3.) @ 3;25 why are they digging?What are they looking at?

4.) @ 6:54 what is the responder taking out of what appears to be a small medvac bag? A vaccine perhaps? It's administered into the person's arm then they walk away. 5.) There are a # of people wearing med. grade ponchos as if they went thru decontamination.
