The only country that can send lots and lots and lots of troops is China,hell they could over populate the whole middle East easily and just take it over. I bet they are thinking about doing things just like that in 5 to 10 years because unlike DC that just thinks about a fast Buck, China wants to rule the world and it takes its time to set up its plans. Russia well be among the first to start Speak Chinese.
