I like your ideas, but try not to be so predictable, unless that's what you're going for. And that's not a bad thing, I just personally like less predictable trance (psytrance, goa trance, etc)

@thesourceofpunk thoses sounds are mainly from ReFX Nexus. very great VsT plugin. but quite expensive! i suggest if you dont have much money, explore FL for a while! it has great stuff you may not know about!

those are my tips! sytrus is my fav other than nexus

Wonderful but Neonics is right that bass sound at the 44 second mark seems to be out of place. It may need an instrument sound or just to be played in a smaller note division.
