hey there you are great, I´m an old timer that loves guitar and progressive groups like marillion, pendragon, Iq, etc. can you tell me where can I find music books of them? by the way thanks your time doing this is very much appreciated
Dude i have been watching your video and following it step by step for about a month now and i have learn more then enough to play a tune,, you r the man ,, and i will to watch your play any where ,, so don't say that!! u'r a amazing teacher and great guitarist..
I think you are really kind to put all the vids online for free, and im checking out your website right now and I'm going to try and go through all of the songs and learn them =D Thanks a lot!! greetings
Mojo my man this vid really hit home a couple of different ways. I know all to well of the "rut" of playing the same things over and over, and my 8 year olds growing frustration of just starting out hits the "no fun" button alot lately. For him and only a few months of lessons he gets so angry sometimes not being able to get certain things. I tell him it's suppose to be fun, but I'm still waiting for him to do a Pete Townsend on the coffee table trying to learn "Crazy Train".
Mojo, I must agree with everyone else, I have learned a lot from your videos and increased my repetoire. I started playing when I was 13, put it away and didn't touch one again until I was 37. I was frustrated with my rut and lack of progress. I practice every day now usually with one of your videos. Keep them coming, and I'll keep watching and learning. Thanks very much.
great going mojo you say your not the best guitar player but your far from being the worst your a great teacher and most of the stuff i play is from your teaching so thanks a lot
Same im too a begginer ur really inspiring and i have watched all ur vids im sure............also i have been trying some riffs inspired by riffs dat i already no
P.s. for some reason i dnt seem to be able to play money for nothin right even wid da rit tabs.however i have been making riffs inspired by it...so thanx..and keep da vids comming
thanks from France Mojo. It's always a great pleasure for me to watch you and to learn guitar with you. You are very good. I watch all your lessons. Please, one day, show us how to play more ZZTop (sharp dressed man, gimme all your love), more Dire Straits (private investigation, etc...). Sorry for my poor english.
Pas de probleme, ton anglais est parfait. Merci pour les gentils mots. J'essayerai de filmer de nouvelles videos pour les artistes en question. A plus!
many times I've read about a song is unsuccessfully trying to be written in a particular way and then hours later, after someone fools around with the idea-changing it to something else-it suddenly makes sense. this is a great and very important lesson..thanks for posting...jele
wow wow wow,I love the ZZ top licks, Hey, I'm 58yrs young and my playing
has kept me that way, fun is what it is all about. J. Lennon once said," fine something you love to do,and do it so well that they'll pay you to do it. If you wanted to you could make a living out of it. I play professionally and you're teaching me. thanks for the inspiration.
Thanks man, I appreciate that. It means a lot to me. I have to admit that parts of the fun for me now has become to share what little I know. It's very satisfying and good for the soul :)
Look at my freestyle=) Its short but I tried
