Hiyaaaa! Have you considered - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my GF got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.

@xDrockyxD Hi, This move trains your Obliques which is the side core muscles, so you can get tighter and toned but to see these results you still need to eat lean and train, there is no such thing as spot reducing but you can tone a specific area while training your whole body!
So More or less, Abs are made in the kitchen! so if some1 is eating a Big Mac 3 x a week no exercise results will be visible ;)
@415juanis Tes you can train core everyday without over training, you will see results in weeks depending if your fat% is low if it's high you will never see abs no matter how many crunches you do, abs are made in the kitchen! ;)
