@xxBAILEY27xx only the testing hall , mods and cheats are ONLY for PC version. The mods , cheats and testing hall will never be for ps3 or xbox 360. And a flash drive wont work. You'll just have to get a gaming computer if you want to go to the testing hall.

you can take any weapon except the rolling pin and slasher knife cuz theyare from tranquility lane in vault 112 and that requires scripts to get u from the vault to there and so the weapons cant be taken out of ur hand D:

That's a good question. I'm not entirely sure, but I imagine like all the other boxes and crates and stuff that have things in them, they'll eventually replenish themselves.

Yeah, I've gone into DC and raided Super Mutant camps, then left and came back a little bit later to find all the enemies respawned, with more stuff in the crates. It's sometimes random what respawns, but I think there's almost always a Mini Nuke at the Super Mutant camps, for example.

Did you spell it correctly? Try "coc megatonhouse"

(no quotes) and see if that works.

I have a very important question:

at the misc items there are bobbleheads, i took all the bobbleheads there and i realized they didn't give any stats, nothing! and i can't even put them in the display at my megaton house and i can't throw them because they are 'quest items'

now the important question: can i still get the bobbleheads from fallout? or does the game think i got them because they are in my inventory?

like i said, they don't give me anything!

That is indeed very troubling. You're going to have to try to find some bobbleheads, or load an earlier save.

Well you could only do that in the first place because that town was supposed to test Oblivion's AI. The Fallout 3 Testing Hall was probably put in really just so that Betheseda could do some quick in-game testing of the items in Fallout 3.
