Youtube automatically switches it to 360p now (aka &fmt=18 mode).

this is a trick that worked earlier, after they did the change HD quality stuff, the encoding algorithm changed entirely, meaning older viedos were forced to the new. a convert of a convert is BAD. that why some suck so bad.
