Had 2 operations from snapping my knee in 3 , 8 months later now and feels better than my other one just don't rush into anything soon give it time

ouch, that scar looks painful, im due to go into hospital next week for a knee operation called "elmslie trilliat procedure & lateral release" and will have a scar similar to you. mines due to the patella (knee cap) dislocating at random.

damn i had this surgery over a month ago. i got this injury beating up a hipster, attention starved emaciated sound engineer for a gentrifying xylophone band riding his unicycle around the park in a Nestle Quik t-shirt. So I smashed a water fountain over his head and buried him under home plate of the hipster kickball field. End of story. the water fountain fell on my leg

I'm 3 months post op and it still feels weird, its stiff and the time and I can't run like I use to anymore hopefully it gets better!

I had surgery on my knee 3 months ago in march, i broke my growth plate in my knee ruptured my patella tendon fractured my femur, and tore my acl it was a mess, but trust me u will have pain in your knee pretty much for the rest of your life.

Hi, I was involved in a struggle with a shoplifter in our store. I slipped and fell the ground, striking my right knee with full body weight on that one knee. Knee cap basically "popped" (burst) out of the tendon and outta normal position. That's how it happened :o( Ruptured pattelar tendon!!

@DaveyandOdeta yeah you have to get surgery within a week if your young but you should deffinately see an ortho pedist my pater tendon snaped off of the tibial bone(shin bone) and took two peices with it i have surgery friday

Been a yr since i had the same surgery. It sucks balls. I stil feel weird walking. Have difficulty running down slopes and i cant kneel.
