Good video, but the music is way too loud, makes it very difficult to hear what you're saying because i have to keep turning my volume up and down because of the obnoxious music.
Otherwise very good though. Far too many of the squid preparation videos on here show cutting the squid's body down the side to remove the guts, completely ruining the body meat for calamari rings.
I like to use the back of my knife to squeeze out any remaining clingy guts from the body, rather than reaching inside.

Seriously, loose the music completely - it adds nothing and is incredibly annoying.
