Tragic story. I can't believe the police think the raid was justified, and would not admit that they made a mistake. I argued several times about this law, There is plenty of room for error. this law will not change unless the law writer end up with a package that he or she did not know about showing up @ his or her door and they are charged for a crime that they did not committ.

I think that the law should detail that the package should be handed directly to a person and the person should be allowed a time frame to turn it into the police after being opened.
