  • MIND = FUCKED

  • you successfully managed to fry my brain (not healthy at all)

  • I have a feeling you're tricking us... ; )

  • Sphereception

  • @vp21ct Yo dawg, so I heard you like Spheres

  • Wait, I don't get it. If a 3D sphere rotates it shadow doesn't change / it looks the same if emerged into a 2D plane. How is this Hypersphere actually rotating?

  • Did you make this with Paint?

  • Now push this into 5 dimensions!

  • Calm down, sphere.

  • OMG much easier than the 1st sphere phew now on2 number 3

  • its like thousands of potentain babies floating... lol!

  • whoa...... AWESOME!

  • Comment removed

  • Everything is so clear to me now.

  • Why does this kinda scare me?

  • Shadow of a 4 dimensional figure in the 3rd dimension on a 2nd dimension platform.

  • i've always wanted an E11 hypersphere screensaver for my mac. Anybody know where to find one?

  • @Pkingaxlolotl I think I would die of my head imploding.

  • trippin balls.... no, literally

  • what if the universe looked like this? with every one of the dots being a galaxy?

  • I think this just got me high

  • beauty! almost like Fibonacci sequence!

  • if it's possible to visualize this using 3d representation, would it also be possible to make a physical model of the 3d shadow?

  • @aaronaaron87 This isn't a 3d representation. It's a 2-d representation of a 3-d representation.

  • @t3hdanman Of a 4-d representation.

  • i can see clear now the rain is gone!

  • This is why i dont like playing 4th dimention basketball... u need a masters degree just to get on the team...

  • @97kevinhuanle RjhhyhnOujhhFfbyyLkFgtgUtggfCdfgbghKjuYhggOjjhU

  • most people believe that prestige leveling in cod is the next dimensional leap.. . . . isn't that mankind striving for the battlefield 3 dimensional leap ... give me console that can handle 18 dimensions im that good

  • its the future premiership ball

  • Insert Xzibit Joke here

  • Never mind, I'm back from the 5th dimension.

(The person who typed the message above cannot see 3D objects clearly, please read only the capital letters and numbers.

  • Google - stop with the god damn Gillette ads. Your 2-D is blocking the 4-D I'm trying to look at. At least try to sell me a math book or something. Gillette ads? On a hypersphere video? Honestly.

  • my math teacher says there arent more than 3 dimensions....fuck that theory

  • @MrNoseSnot .. somehow they concluded already 70 years ago that elecromagnetism needs a 5 dimension for its waves to travel in so your mathtecher must be born before 1901 - and it must be a she since time does not exist for women -only now.

  • Wow. Just....wow. I wonder how many dots there are.

  • Nice shadow, now may I see the real object please :)?

  • it only looks like gumballs rotating

  • All these dimensions and hyper cubes are the most beautiful things I have ever seen. TY

  • stupid dots

  • ohhh... i get it...

  • I wanna see 5D

  • WHA WHA WHAT THE FUKKKKKKKKKKKK srsly my brain hurts. right now thumbs up

  • i think my brain may have in fact just been molested. :(

  • im high as fuck right now

  • Brahma wakes, Brahma sleeps.

  • OK WHO DIVIDED BY CERO?

  • This must have been a real bitch to animate

  • i get it now! the 4th dimension is the dimension inside!

  • i look at it and automatically i try to relate it to other geometrical shapes and patterns evident to our perception. then i try to fathom the relationships between the dots themselves as hyper-1 objects.

... do you have any more?

  • you are so cool mean

  • brain explosion!!!!!!

  • I still can't figure this out...

  • Fourth dimension: Middle of nowhere, center of everywhere.

Thinking of dimensions in squares and cubes and (ugh) time travel just severly retards our sense of dimensions, as does thinking of literal "dimensions" where everything is flat and so on.

The universe is multi-dimensional and while you stay in the same place relative to the earth while reading this, you are in another place relative to the sun and so on and so forth.

  • I bet I can follow one ball all the time ;D

  • "Can move through itself" no that's not it. Holding a nice model of a cube in hand one turns it around and things move closer and farther away. At 180 degrees things are reversed - seen from the other direction. With a nice flat clear model of a Square, with TIM appearing on it there, facing forward, then Rotating it thru 180 "it flattens down to a line" and then "reexpands" into a mirror image square that has MIT facing you. It was not able to move through itself, everybody stayed solid.

  • Let me get this straight… in 3D, objects have 3 different dimensions but the 4 fourth dimension is similar but can move throughout itself? Basically having two atoms occupying the same space at the same time?

  • Citizens of youtubia

    I declare us Mindfucked

  • This is good tv.

  • LLLLLAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

    really cool

  • OOOHH!!! IT'S STARTING TO LOOK LIKE A TRIPLE RAINBOW!!! .....what does it mean?

  • The balls are not inert.

  • So tripppyyy

  • The Hypersphere II

    Use it to laugh!

    Use it to Triforce!

Use it to blow your nose!

Use it to BLOW YOUR MIIIIIND

  • AAAAAAAAH!!!!

  • @Lundix Oh no! He's fallen into the fourth dimension!

  • Toast?

  • @Hexenritterify With marmalade! :-)

  • @WildStar2002 hmmmmm ... yum ^^

  • @Hexenritterify toast!? what!?

  • okay so as we see it you move around the bal you dont move the ball itself neither the ball that make the ball? Am i right? and if so is there a color effect like half of a smal ball paint of a color and the other side of another color??

  • @cids7777 The hypersphere is rotating in 4D space, but it is not moving. The colors represent the four axes. The closer a coordinate point is to the maximum positive value in it's axis, the brighter that component color. X is red, y green, z blue, and w is dark to light. So, fork example, a pink color would be a coordinate in +x, -y, -z, and +w. :-)

  • Wow, this is exactly how I imagined 4d rotation.

  • @oiisee That's great! I'm glad you liked it! :-)

  • @WildStar2002 Hey I was wondering, could you create another 4-D video, but make it like 3-D? So we like cross our eyes or wear 3-D glasses to see the 3-D depth in the projection? I think that would be cool.

  • Stupid ad bar! It ruined! >:C

  • @mohdfikree I'm sorry about the ad bar. :-/ I didn't see one on the video itself when I watched it. I guess it comes up at random.

  • thats tripping balls

  • @gotomstergo Yes - the balls are indeed, tripping, as you say. :-)

  • mind = blown

  • @scavenski I mop up the brains off the floor and squeeze them back into your skull for you. "There, all better?" :-)

  • please man post a tutorial how u made this one

  • @TheRealBKZ This vid was made in 3D Studio Max using MaxScript - so, I'm thinking it wouldn't lend itself to a tutorial very well. :-/ If you're interested in the program, I'd be happy to give it to you (assuming I can find it), or to help you make one of your own. :-) PM me if interested. :-)

  • what do u use to make this. It's so pleasant to watch. U should post tutorials man

  • @TheRealBKZ Thank you. I'm glad you like it! :-)

  • Amazing.

  • @MemeMachine1 Thank you. I'm glad you liked it! :-)

  • This is how I feel always

  • @RoboticusMusic Is that good or bad? I hope it's good! :-)

  • @WildStar2002 Oddly highly effective yet disorientating pleasant. =[]

  • @RoboticusMusic Good! ;-) Glad you like it then. :-)

  • Right to left spinning.

  • @JackOfBlades434 And up and down, in and out, and 4D spins as well!

  • That kills me. D:

  • @Player01198756 Oh crud - another dead body to dispose of. :-/ j/k I'm glad you liked it! :-)

  • @WildStar2002 You're welcome! :D

  • This is awesome....just off the hook!

I would love to walk through it.

  • @hardhitter0421 I wish I could make a holographic representation of it it. :-)

  • @WildStar2002

Maybe you would have had a Holographic Hypersphere II machine by now,

if you never started that Anti-Prism campaign....KARMA?

    Just something to think about...

  • @hardhitter0421 karma's got neh'e ta do with it. We lack the technology! :-)

  • @WildStar2002

That might have changed with some respect to Prisms...

    your in denial...shame.

  • @hardhitter0421 Have you even spent time in prism? i thought not! Absolute evil!

  • what

    the

    fuck

  • @ccssdxdx The, as you say, "fuck" is that this is a representation of a 4-dimensional sphere. :-) You know how a regular sphere can be thought of as being made of interconnected circles: points at the two poles, and circles of latitude connected by half-circles of longitude? In 4 dimensions the hypersphere is made up of spheres in the same way. This just shows all the points on the hypersurface where these three kinds of circles meet up. :-)

  • @WildStar2002

    You know what WindStar2002...

was thinking the same thing, except you mean WHEN three kinds of circles meet up...huh, get it straight dude.

  • @hardhitter0421 Oh dear, we're not going to get into the "time is the 4th dimension" battle are we? :-)

  • @WildStar2002

Glad you headed this off early...you don't want to tangle with me on that subject.

Just to set the record straight, short and sweet:

    A battle it would be......................tisk!

Raise you white flag and get out!

Well tangle on the "Truncated Tesseract"

  • I think I just had a seizure.

  • @th3cactusplant Quick! Drag him out into the hall and prop him up watching a different YouTube vid - liability, liability! >:-)

  • looks like an hologram of the death star :p

  • Shhhh! It's a secret! :-)

  • lol at first i thought that was one of the 4D rubix cubes. almost killed me lol

  • Almost? Hmmm - must work on that. We can't have people waking around half-dead, now can we? >:-) Seriously though, I'm glad you liked it. :-)

  • Awesome! if not a bit nauseating...

  • I'm glad you like it - just be sure to have a bucket nearby when you watch it. >:-)

  • Could you make a visualisation with the mathematical models Garret lisi or Edward wittten show us ?

  • Given a list of points, connecting vertices, and faces - I could! :-)

  • lol ... but getting serious can you tellme wath am I seeing ?

  • Imagine a globe - like the Earth. Where every line of longitude crosses every line of latitude, place a point 9actually a little sphere so you can "see" it.) Now, take away the globe, and spin those points around. You'd still get the idea of the original globe. This is the same thing, only it's a 4-D sphere, also known as a "glome". There are six directions in which a 4D object can rotate, and since we can't see the 4th dimension, we're looking at it's 3D "shadow". Does that help?

  • yes it does now i have an idea ... thanks for taking your time

  • brain explodes "PUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSH"

  • Oh no! It's not my fault! See, Aluxinos signed the waiver! see? see? :-)

  • awesome video! You can imagine 4-d space with ease, it takes only few hours of exercise.... Try and see how thin we are ;))

  • Thanks. :-) Yeah, I console myself on my thinness because I'm 3D instead of 4D...

  • Epicsphere II.

  • I like this representation - it's not as confusing as one where all the vertices are connected.
