Pongezi kwa polisi who were civilized and controlled. This is trully a new dispensation. The PC too was calm and civilized. A year ago he would have ordered for forceful eviction of the rowdy crowd. Those who planned for this should be ashamed! Wrong time, wrong place! On Jamuhuri Day? They should have protested to the PC office and demanded their rights there or on the streets of Mombasa.
