Lmao That starlet is only a standard one (135bhp) if get a forged engine and ecu and proper mods it would give the ferrari a run for its money. with forged engine still only a 1.3 turbo pushing out 350bhp.if you then take into account the car weight to bhp ratio , i think the starlet would win (in a drag race of course) dont think the starlet would handle well above 140/150 mph.

That's actually not bad, you can see the difference properly when it's in 3rd gear (and it grips), obviously below that you can't get the traction to come anywhere close due to the FWD. Obviously it's not gonna win, it's a damn 430 Scuderia, but cool to see anyway.
