JERademo......I say it how it is.....Bearskin is a joke......I had a great relationship with my fellow pilots...BUT...as far as the company?.....the owner and his dickhead sons can rot in hell.....
I was happy to live in the north..but the company drove me out and I found a good job with reliable aircraft in a safe environment....No BS cowboy attitude / behavior from the company...
And further to this...when i started as an FO...i had to tell the captain not to pull their crazy shit while was on board..leave your cowboy bs to other inept fucs...
To tell you the truth..the guys are at bearskin cause they couldn't find work elsewhere..i worked there for three years then quit..!! What a f&cked up operation
To tell you the truth most of the pilots at Bearskin are so over qualified for their position... Some of these guys have more total flight time then any Air Canada pilots
