Personally, I don't think any death should be celebrated, no matter what they have done. It most likely saved lives and trouble (I say most likely because we have no evidence of what would happen if he wasn't killed), but that doesn't mean it should be celebrated. It's a very very thin line.

The quality of the recording is bad & the title picture in this Youtube video is misleading in that it seems to suggest that the Dalai Lama is smiling in regards to Mr. Bin Laden's death. It's sad when anyone dies. All people, good and bad have unique characteristics & endearing qualities despite their actions.
