  • INFRASOUND CAUSE FEAR. That's the reason they put it on horror movies.

  • Dude i couldnt watch it through. Too scary :/

  • um... you cant hear infrasound, humans are incapable of hearing infrasound, its frequency is too low

  • @RokkerBoyy we can't consciously hear it, but we can on a subconscious level, which is why we can still be afraid of it.

  • @xxdangerouslyinsanex exactly, which puts it above hearing range subconciously hearing something doesnt mean you are physically aware of it which is the basic concept of sound

  • @RokkerBoyy Wait, im confused now, are we agreeing or disagreeing. (i think we are agreeing, and if so, hurray)

  • @xxdangerouslyinsanex i guess we are agreeing, i mean i am saying is the idea of infrasound is really more about the fact that you cant hear it. either way my original point was that even if there is infrasound hear, its going to be impossible to tell in the video also its not supernatural infrasound and in fact infrasound explains away all/most supernatural events.

  • @RokkerBoyy So we are agreeing (in fact, there is nothing there that i disagree with)

  • i love this its soooooo natural

  • I thought I recognized the tune. Love me some Lustmord!

  • So the whale's "infrasound" was making our eyes resonate so we saw a flying donut, like Vic Tandy?

  • holy shitsnacks this video creeped me out haha

  • What is this footage?

  • @olympiada06 Various clips

  • @1degree72years I'm aware of that. What are the various clips?

  • we get that chilling feeling because as humans, we've evolved to associate these particular frequencies with danger, such as for example, a tiger's roar.

  • I'm very interested in psychoacoustics. As a musician I want to incorporate such sounds in my music, explore the interaction of sound and the nervous system. Thanks for this, it was interesting and good

  • @MeekDrill Listen to a ton of classical music and then switch over to pop music on the radio and see what effects it's had on you. I did... and can no longer listen to pop.

  • @Wiiguy True. But it only works if you UNDERSTAND the classic music. One thing is listening, another thing is liking/understanding.

  • @MeekDrill As do i, im a musician as well but a major problem witho incorporating infrasound is statndard music equipment mocstly only goes down to 20 hz. Any suggestions on being able to layer an even lower bass sound with a standard sub bass tone?

  • @MeekDrill read "this is your brain on music"

  • Credit to Lustmord for the music, please.

  • hell to eyeballs popping out - it made me cry - I want to go save those tigers and watch 'em eat stuff

  • its not going to be that low, the quality of the audio is going to put a HPF on the audio at around 20hz, and there are very few systems which can reproduce infrasound

  • @Ahxzin ... people have told you that systems cannot reproduce infrasound and that YOU cannot hear it , which is COMPLETELY a myth. infrasound is common and people hear it all their lives , 24 / 7. take a look at my EASY infrasound videos ( search Youtube " easy infrasound acoustic source " or " k4nlz " to see my simple / easy infrasound videos )and you'll both hear it yourself. learn a little sonething REAL about infrasound and possibly quit believing the tales.

  • It's not doing anything for me :(

    I wanted a good spook....

  • that is cool. and it does feel weird, it's pretty dang low. I could tell my ear drums were like "STOP IT!!!!!!" LOL it was cool though:)

  • Playing a ridiculously loud 18 Hz sound for a prolonged period of time can cause permanent eye damage, as 18 Hz is supposedly around the resonant frequency of the human eye.

  • This music reminds me of lustmord

  • @SeriousIlya IT IS! :-)

  • this is regular bass; it's not even that deep.

  • ahhhhhhh i sharted!:((((((

  • You know your eyeballs can pop out listening to this?

  • No. The worst that can happen to your eyeballs is seeing spots and odd vibration or pain. No popping out.

  • No, scared is the wrong word!

I know, that some science people are testing infrasound by an hypnotic theraphie, they think it can makes people which can not get hypnotics so, that they can be hypnoticed!

and it would push the intense of the hypno-theraphie!

    sorry for my bad english

  • My eyes started hurting :(

  • Infrasound is weird: You can hear it, but you cant (your eardrums hear it, your brain doesn't) and it makes people scared (triggers your brain) and you feel scared

  • My chest started to hurt as this video was playing.... weird

  • Yes...this music has a strange aura . I think the message is directed to our subconscious or even to our vegetative system.

  • infrasound can make you sick because of its wavelength, it can make you crap involuntarily too. Its nothing supernatural, and it has been explained. :)

  • there is on purpose infrasound in many horror movies

  • placebo effect, people

  • very good, thanks

  • protip: don't watch/listen while tired. i feel sick now...

  • I love sound.

  • actually, some people can't hear infrasound, because, they're hearing is ruined (from loud music and something like that). Infrasound is less than 16Hz, so people can't hear infrasound, but some of newborn babies, have ability to hear 14-15Hz sound, so they can hear infrasound... I wonder how does it sound xD

  • Hippo Infrasound !

  • The begging made me have goosy skin!

  • Fellt something on my eyeballs after watching it :)

  • the eye has a resonant frequency on 18 hz,so infrasound can cuase you to see"spots"when its directed to your eye

  • this is amazing ian.

  • Thanks for bringing awareness of this subject to youtube

  • cool..very dark..try Numina too

  • great job, top quality on everything, though, what song is this?

  • Thanks.. the song is from the Metavoid album track two " Blood Deep in Dread "

  • Comment removed

  • @sixyearsleft @sixyearsleft well done on not naming the artist.. all his other songs have been removed :( I would have thought it would have been good advertising.... If it wasnt for youtube I never would have neard of him... thanks for this :)

  • whoa i felt something....but i was scared to after that eyeballs comment

  • What is the typical operating frequency of a human eyeball?

  • What is the typical operating frequency of a human eyeball?

  • the resonant frequency of the human eyeball is between 18 and 19 hertz.

  • yea, 18.98

  • for that to happen, you'd need a frequency of 18.98 hz, played LOUD, and there is no way in hell someone's computer speakers can replicate any infrasonic frequency in the first place.

  • i dont kno that other video about the shaking blurred my friends vision up and made my insides hurt

  • nice...give me chills..

  • This video is absolutely amazing! i wish i had my pc hooked up to my big speakers now, so i can fully appreciate the sound;) but its still excellent! Well Done:)

  • Very nicely put together and well produced.

    Kudos

  • I didn't hear anything

  • youve gotta have a nice sound system

  • the humankind comes inside the nature, its energy inhales...very good synchronization...thanks

  • WOW ... This is 1) very much worth watching. Nice camera-action as well as editing. And The first scenes are these the dolphins communicating? A very distinct highpitch sound. Love this vid!!
