I like this with broken up white chocolate/macadamia nut cookies instead of those crunchy things Nigella is using. Meringues aren't that popular here in the US.

Pomegranate can be that color they range in color in the peel and also seeds. The seeds can be white to deep reds.

She's sending the wrong message. Her way of cooking is more of pouring loads of sugar, butter, cream, chocolate, fat, calories into a frying pan and heating all those up. Jamie oliver in my opinion is a much better cook.

@betocvas pomegranates come in different colors. In my opinion the light pink ones are sweeter while the dark red ones are more tart.

Yes!! Double cream is only a thicker, higher fat content cream. Heavy whipping cream is just fine.
