Japanese people dont see the difference between letter "R" and "L" so they can say "Clash Bandikuu" and "Sony Praystation".

@xan1242 It's because the Japanese language does not contain the sound that the letter "l" makes. So instead they say something along the lines of "eh-a-ruu".

Either way, Mario Kart 64 sold 8.5 million and CTR sold 2 million. It's foolish to expect a ripoff (even an amazing ripoff) to outsell the originator.

Mario 64 sold 11 million. The best selling Crash game (the original) sold 6.8 million.

Keep in mind that the PS1 sold more than 100 million units in comparison to the N64's 33.

You should only be talking about Crash Team Racing. all Crash games besides the first 4 (the ones made by Naughty Dog which are 1, 2, Warped, and Team Racing) suck.

And the reason they're not as popular is because they didn't create the formula. They ripped the Mario Kart formula off and improved on it by a lot with the power slide system and a really fun battle mode, among other things.

Plus Mario is and always will be more popular than any Sony mascot.

lol. At 4:38-4:40, it sounded like Crash said, "Eat salt!" Hence why you put the speech bubble saying, "EAT SALT!" there, right? Still, lol. EAT SALT!
