I'm from USA & i'm ashamed of this show, its storyline but mostly the actors.The UK version is a million times better than this.I rented it on Netflix twice until i finally bought the entire 3 seasons! 4th is coming in 2012.Mitchell is the vampire with by the way "no" reflection & hes so sexy.Annie the ghost is funny, vulnerable & charming not to mention so pretty.George the werewolf is casted brilliantly. Also the uploads on here are the entire hour & are marked so you know what youre watching!

Usually I like the US remakes way way way more than the UK ones but not in this case. The UK version is my favorite but i'll give this one a chance. In my opinion the guy who plays the vampire looks too much like a stereotypical vampire. Lol.

@JuddFassbender Great comment. Some people tend to miss the fact that preference for either depends on taste and culture. To me, some US remakes tend to look "cheap and mainstream".

this is literally a clone of the (Original) UK Series.. exactly the same storyline, Vampire kills girl, other girl takes her place, then i guess the girl he kills comes back as a vampire and kills the girl in replacement of her? i'm not going to watch the rest of it to find out.. and the Vampire's character name in this is Even the same as the Vampire Characters REAL name from the original UK series, so much for originality -_-

i like the uk version coz i can feel their attachments with each other the portrayal of the werewolf is exemplary and u can really feel that they really care with each other though i dont like the idea of putting a ghost character instead why not putting witch or any character that is alive and can be hurt..

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I've watched all of the UK series and now that series 3 has finished I can watch this to fill the void. Yeah they have thier differences, but either way, it's being human, so what's not to like?

i think they needed a US and UK version. the uk version is more of a drama and a little darker, while the US version is 'meant' to be more funny and lite hearted. and as for the reflection things, not all 'vampire' are none-reflection, can't eat garlic, burns in sunlight. the myths and folklor change from each country and time.

It lacks humor, and I don't think the characters show much deepness in their emotions as the UK version does. I'll miss the original one if it actually ends tonight at the 3rd season. If I get used to the US version I'll see it, but I don't think it is comparable in charisma. They could at least have tried to do a different story, related to the UK one (as Becoming Human with Adam, who was presented in an episode of Being Human), but not a copy.

What is the point of making an American version, if they loved the show so much in and felt that it would be a big hit in the US why not move the original version from BBC America to SyFy or another network channel where it will get more exposure and more people will watch because, because this is just pointless.

Actually, the US version is not a cheap copy. It is made and produced by the same people who make the UK version. I think the US has made more than enough original hit shows. Can one say, "cheap UK knockoff of law and order?".

They do air the original version in the US on BBC America and I love it. I would already be in the morgue with a COD being "shitty acting and inability to come up with an original idea" if I was stuck with US version. I am from the US, but REALLY?!

If they do American Doctor Who I may explode. But your comment was kind of rude..Just because some idiot thought it would be a good idea to remake these shows doesn't make us all idiots does it?? =/
