Those people screaming into the recording device were not Stevie fans, they were heckling her.  I'm going to try to find a clean-cut version of at least the song.

They broke up years before this. I think the reason she's pissed off with him is because he slagged her off to the press calling her a 'road fuck' and saying that she needed new breast implants because they were getting saggy. Pathetic, really. I don't get how she can still call him the love of her life.
