@gsmith1997 sorry for the lateness, but to do that its simple. to get that speed/endurance it doesnt really take much effort but to gain speed just start at a certain bpm, like 150, and play eight notes each hand like RRRR LLLL, then up the tempo 2-5 bpm till you get to this song which is maybe 160? (off top of my head) good luck dude
