  • great..........no sound....fabulous

  • wmg get a grip! you might take the audio but you cant take our spirit. we are the mods!

  • Very hot

  • Please send me back in time.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • I wish I could have heard what this was about. stupid WMG.

I have been dressing retro since forever, I rescued a couple of my mum's old dresses and made some of my own. And if you look these days, in stores you can find a great many minidresses with paisley patterns and stuff. I find today's fasion drab and tasteless, there are no defined hairstyles or makeup styles that make you say: That is SO early 21'st century!! Nope. Definition ended in the 80's. So I choose to be 60's mod!! :D

  • The WMG ruins another video.

  • its a silent film now !!!

  • i've seen this vid many times and has been here a long tube time--how petty is wmg to remove the soundtrack--this is very common around here now--as everything is subject to scrutiny and CopyR.thanks for posting

  • ahh how annoying that the sound has been disabled! argh sort it out.

best video on youtube by far tho! ;)

    x

  • 60s fashon is back definatly if you go into liverpool night scene alot of guys have late 60 hairstyles and the mod thin tie shirt and tight trousers are back. many girls have maxi dresses in and behive hair with false lashes.... fab!

  • You're cute. Have you got a parka at home? So do I. Come to the states and join our scooter crew. They are scoots by the way, not peds.

  • Jackie Kennedy Onassis anybody?

  • man i wish i could have modeled in London in the 60s. That would be the coolest. also you forgot Pattie Boyd and Jean Shrimpton.

  • I love 60's mod :D♥

  • Hmmm strange, but not once did I hear:Psychedelic!! Thats the 1st thing I think of when I think of sixties fashion!!Nice viddy though.

  • that's more towards the end of 60s and the beginning of the 70s

  • The Psychedelic 60's is the phrase though?

  • Well I am not sure, ja I mean wasn't 60s more post modernist and then towards the end all the whole hippie movement start?

  • Well seen as the Red Dog saloon opened in 65, the same year LSD was made illegal & the hippie movement was only then starting to snowball ,mid 60's I'd say the hippie where around at the begining of the decade & had as much if not more social relevance,at that time than post modernism. If that makes any sense?

  • But still no mention of the psychedelic sixties?

  • 60's is actually mod fashion..like The Beatles and Twiggy, which wasearlier in the years..early ..1960-65 are mod. 1965-70 is psychedelic.

  • oh the 60s, how I love thee

    :D

  • Sorry but this girl has no idea whatsoever about the sixties!! Remember the sixties spanned 10 years not just 1967 as she seemed to think!

  • This one chick is an idiot. Try Dusty Springfield, Marianne Faithfull, Anita Pallenberg, Petula Clark, Nancy Sinatra, Julie Driscoll, Diana Rigg, Elizabeth Taylor, The Supremes, Janis Joplen, Grace Slick, Julie Christie, Mia Farrow, Penelope Tree, Laura Nyro, Joni Mithcell and Nico to name a few. And anyone wearing Pucci.

  • peds? dont you meen scooters love.

  • i also luv the sixties and i'm 13, the sixties were so high fashion and everything seem funner and better!!!

but i love more the SIXTIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love 60's music and fashion.

  • yes the 60s fashion is baaaaaack! :D

  • i love the english accents

  • Very cool! Twiggy even had a single in the sixties called "When I Think of You". Groovy baby!

  • Informative. I would've liked to know who the person being interviewed was. She doesn't look like she was even from the sixties?

  • She's not. I think the idea was to ask a young person what they know about the era. She's quite accurate (I'm a '60s person), but it was a bit shocking when she asked if the Beatles were from the '60s!

  • cool, very informative...shoulda had twiggy makeup!!!! but where's Edie Sedgwick and Andy Warhol???

  • Really good. Far out sounds too!

  • pretty good

  • Cool clip! I enjoyed it very much.
