Mexico makes up about 1/4 of their economic growth from immigrants sending the money back home or something like that. I don't have the exact numbers or percentages, but it's a rather large number. Of course not all of them, but millions do. There would have to be given the amount of money they're making. Point is Mexico is ultimately doing better because the United States is so close.
