If you are going to compare these 2 cars you should at least be unbias. This is the worstcomparison I have ever seen.I would never use this vid to make up my mind on what I want to buy.
This guy clearly doesn't know what he is talking about. I just saw 2011 Avalon Limited and was pretty impressed. Try to sell that Buick 3 years later and see what you get for it
@gkhelidze I don't think people looking at cars in this price range care about resale though. Think about it. If you can afford a car in the $40k range, you probably have enough money to leave resale value at the wayside. Even so, I think because of Buick's increasing popularity, and record sales, resale value on these is going to change.
Hope on that avalon dont get gas pedal stuck lol or have a recal buick is one of the few that dont have many recalls and danm buick is cold dont compare trash to it. That avalon justt screams homo
I think the Avalon is a decent car all the way around, but the Lacrosse, to me, is just better looking; higher style, more distinguished, looks more modern and luxurious. The Avalon has a nasty looking dash, and the exterior just doesn't seem as classy. Almost everything about the Avalon seems outdated compared to the Buick. I think comparing the Avalon to a car like the Lacrosse isn't a fair comparison. The Buick is revamped and relevant; the Avalon just doesn't cut it for this competition.
Forget about the back seat, when you Go to sell an used 2011 Buick LaCrosse and go to sell an used 2011 Toyota Avalon and you'll lose more money in the Buick cause the devaluation of the Buick is higher. I vote for Avalon
the back seats recline in the back seat in the avalon. Avalon wins the armrest does slide if u hold the handle then slide. And the wasted space on the avalon is for the heated seat control
I've driven them both extensively and the Avalon is a way better car than the Buick...and I'm sure it'll last alot longer too. The Buick does have pretty blue lights though lol. And for the record, the back seat in the Avalon is WAY more comfortable.
All Avalon models come with standard Bluetooth wireless music streaming and phone. Limited models come with over 600 watt JBL digital surround sound system. Wide angel fog lights that show more of the side of the road-standard. LED tail lamps, HID headlights, memory seats, best in class resale, safety connect (similar to on star), brake over ride system, star safety system, best paint quality, knee air bag, direct tire pressure system, real time traffic update, touch screen navigation that teac
Why compare an entry level Toyota Avalon to a top of the line Buick? Although the rear seats do not fold, they do recline. The center console does slide back and forth in all levels of Avalon. All Avalon models come standard with a full sized spare tire with matching alloy wheel. View out of the Avalon is excellent, thanks to larger lower windows and slim "A" pillars. All Avalon models come standard with a rear view camera. Plus a creamy smooth 3.5l V-6 with 270 hp and 20 city 29 hwy mpg.
