I am 62 years old. I was a kid when Carol King wrote this song. Good artists can "cover" great songs well in the style of the original, truly great artists take a classic like this and push it further, injecting it with their own soul and spirit. Amy Winehouse was a great artist in the true sense of that word. She made each song her own, yet respected and built on the roots of what was there, whether it be Carole King or Billy Holiday. Amy I will miss you!
