Thanks man, that made all the difference, the tab book was showing the two Eb eighth notes on the D string 2nd fret, makes a lot more sense to play it on the A string 7th fret

alot of people may disagree with me, but i would sudgest an epiphone bass. their are many different styles because they steal their desings from other compaines like fender and gibson. they are good and cheap. if you wanted to learn alot, you could even buy a kit on line and build your own. hope that helps : )
