I can so relate to your sister, I've had depression for going on 40 years, no one cares or even attempts to understand, it took me two wives to find that out. I still struggle everyday fighting the demons inside, trying not to listen to the voices. thanks for posting, beautiful music.

Just wanted all to know that I appreciate the video Nancy made for me, however; I am feeling so well at the present moment... My source of depression stems from many things, as some mentioned in their comment.... but these days I am troubled by my chronic pain which has kept me in the house for many years...I wonder if I have ever looked like that when I have been depressed...

You can feel this picture in front of you. You feel like you are her... Some parts I found very difficult to watch, as I could see myself. I cried. The pain these pictures portrayed was powerful. I did not know until now that you made this video for me .thankyou.. I am happy to report that i have been depression free for a good time... I have my bouts every now and then.

But I took a lot of acid when I was 13-17 and kinda induced mild schizophrenia. Never been diagnosed but from all the reading on psychology and understanding the symptoms I can safely say I am borderline.

I do believe, we are all susceptible to depression given certain external stimuli; events that are outside of our control, mainly bereavement or loss of love.

It can be all to easy to lose the sense of self-worth.
