Mr. Nugent, the "punk" of which you speak is most likely a local judge making rules that surpass your "we the people" statement referring to the constitution because the constitution means nothing to a local or federal judge, since guild lines or aesthetics are the only thing that would matter to a judge or local official (in the case of which you speak). So, a local judge could run rampant making up their own rules and a federal one will do nothing regarding constitutional arguments.
