Actually it is. And FYI, that doesnt mean Jhonen Vasquez made it. Theres more than one person who makes shows and comics. So when I say this is by the same PEOPLE as Invader Zim, it means that the people who helped Jhonen Vasquez make Invader Zim were also a part of I Luv Halloween. >_>
