I was on top of a tower hidden but had a great view of the target i got my bow out and aimed for the chest but my console glitched for a few seconds then she fell over and died some how i had 0 bounty i looked at her body tea bagged her LIKE A BOSS then look at the arrow which was in her knee -_-

2. He is using the poisoner perk in the pickpocket tree to use it on her.

I crouched in a plant near the back of the wedding area, took out my daedric bow, put on my ancient shrouded armor, and she took an arrow to the face. I then ran out of Solitude and hid until everyone gave up looking for me. Then went back and paid off my bounty. I came back to Solitude after finishing the Dark Brotherhood questline and found the gargoyle...I then "activated" it and watched it fall...I let out the failure sound of "UUUUUUUAAAAAGH...DAMNIT".

@Emanfox333 It's above the balcony, I believe you just walk up some stairs and follow the walkway until you see it, it'll be the only gargoyle that you can use an action on.

Also, that Argonian is more trouble than he's worth. When I did it (the much more boring 'arrow through the face method'), he never showed up, and all the sudden I am visiting Solitude on an unrelated quest, and he shows up and starts fighting with the guards. Useless Argoanians. Maybe the Khajjit are right?
