This mod spent 3 years in development i heard....And not to many people enjoyed it....I found it pretty badass. Some parts i were creepy, someparts were awsome, the hounds eyes being in the mod was a pretty cool suprise! And they story was pretty good. Hopefully, episode 2 wont take 3 years, because i found out about this mod 6 months ago, and when it released i looked up some gameplay, and liked it so i downloaded. And it was one of the best things i wasted my space on :)

Well expect for the mutated headcrabs which are combine fabrications (the poison and fast one) and shouldn't be present when the mod takes place, so apart from that this mod looks pretty damn awesome.
I've heard that before. It's nowhere written if that's actually true. We only know about the headcrabs and the combine that they have used them as a cheap way to cleanse a certain area from humans.
I went with the interpretation that xen is home to a lot of species. I'm not breaking anything that's been written in stone, ;) You don't see houndeyes either in hl2 which also is weird. If this breaks your view of canon, then sorry
Oh, okay then. I thought it was an actual combine creation, but if it doesn't even sure on the Half-life wiki then your interpretation is good to go for me, and I'm glad there are mod makers out there who look out for this kinda stuff. :)

thats debatable
we dont know when the combine created the fast and poisonous headcrabs
so that could mean that they have been created
but i could be wrong because im not sure when this mod takes place
