i think the best thing to do is that is your console has been banned, it means that u cant play xbox live, but you can still play ur burned games - just not on xbox live ANYMORE!!!!....the catch is that just buy another xbox (they cost just $200, not that much if you think about it, and dont buy the warrent or anything) and use that one to play the games u legally buy....then use the other modded xbox, u got banned on, and just use it to play burned games, that u dont feel like goin online with.

when ur console gets banned, the whole thing is banned, no matter what profile you try to go on xbox live with!.....if u can un-mod ur console do that, and delete any profiles you have so that way if you sign back on, with a fresh new profile, they cant catch you at all...or you could just buy another like i said in my previous comment =)....
