  • I had to watch it again, I guess it is possible to be so top heavy you can fall over with a barbell.

    But this person must need a 24/7 spotter because they could fall backwards at ANY given moment during the course of their natural existence, if you're not obese, you don't need a spot.

    And never, ever arch your back with weights, not with good mornings and certainly not with deadlifts.

    When I was doing 700 lbs deadlifts, I never once thought, omg I may fall over backwards.

    It's physically impossible for me to arch my back far enough to offset the weight and my center of gravity to fall backwards.

    And no back arching should ever occur during a deadlift anyway.

    At best a person could tell you, if your form blows.

    I should go to Texas and compete, sounds like an easy win.

There was no teaching in this video, nothing was said about lumbar curve, chest up, knees out at the bottom, weight in the heels, core tight.
