Dude, the title says: "watercooled Xbox". So you can assume that it's a water-cooling-system. (Theres a water reservoir, a small fan to cool the pump and hoses that go up to a radiator.)

@ParadoxBros Its when you replace the main fans with hollow blocks. You pump cool water through the blocks and then the warm water is pumped to a bigger block that usually has fans on it to cool the block down thus cooling down the water. I dont know if that helped you at all.
