I don't think the "Nope" will make her stop.. To me it sounds more like you're revording her with your voice, for barking. :-)
And I also think it is OK to help her a bit more, or you can get a dog, that keep trying to do something, even if you are just sitting by yourself, if you understand? Cause you are the in both situations. :-) You can help her a bit more, and talk to her more. So she can really feel the difference between when you are training and not.:-) But I like this video!
@MichelleMischa actually the nope is a non-reward marker. It's not supposed to make her stop. It just provides her with information, that behavior is not going to get a reward. It is essentially "help". The tone of the voice should not be negative. As for helping, in these circumstances I would prefer not to help. The point is for the dog to figure it out on their own. When training is over it's over, pretty quickly the dog/puppy will learn the difference between training and not.
As training progresses the behavior will be put on cue and only rewarded when the behavior occurs after the cue. This particular session is as much about teaching the behavior as it is teaching her to think through a problem without help. As the dog understands the system better the non-reward marker will be helpful in indicating when she should continue trying & when that path is not going to get her a reward. It is also helpful when she is put on a random reinforcement schedule.
Awesome!!

There was that moment for a few seconds at 3:22 where she stopped to think, and then she got it! Good job both of you!
