how he spells Behringer it sounds like (german written: "Bähuänschäh") lol stupid english sound.... Beh-Ring-Air please!!! R rolling rrrr from the throat!
THe BCF2000 i think is kind of a bitch to set up... having to search the internet for drivers and shiz like that to get it to work I've been trying to figure it out for 2 Hours now and i still cant get the right drivers or whatever to work
@james123454321 to control traktor, unless u find a midi preset file, u must map the encoders/knobs/faders at traktor's midi settings pages, quite tricky =P
use the learn function!!! select the parameter u want to control at traktor midi setup, then (with learn on) tweak on the bcf to assign to it.
Ive called a man at a music store, but when i asked if they had this controller in stock, he said i should not buy this controller. He said the fadrs and knobs broke easilly. He said that they had realy bad quality. I dont know if i should belive him or not because i realy want it. Can sommone that got experience with this controller say somthing about the buildt quality? thanks.
I've owned a BCR 2000 for just over a year now - at this price I think both the BCR and BCF are really unique. The killer feature is obviously that the encoders are endless and the faders motorised and so they can take any value via MIDI. It's true that they feel a bit fragile though - none of the robustness that you get with more expensive gear. I haven't broken any encoders yet but I imagine it wouldn't take too much... at this price though I don't know of anything better!
I'm beginning to assign commands in logic pro 8, however I can not get the bcf2000 into global setup menu again. I'm running v 1.10 and the LED says 'LC' for Logic Control, would putting the bcf2000 into operation mode U-1 make any difference?
@ferrisio I grew up in Germany, and the pronunciation that the Man in the video uses is very strange to me. I pronounce it as Beiher-Ring-ger (I think thats how you spell it)
In logic the fader are not responding when i am moving the fader on the computer, but when I move the faders on the bcf they do move, do anybody know how to fix this???
i have three of them and i look on youtube and other people have them but it look like they have them all connected as one unit im using nuendo 3 and i can only use one of them and i just wanted to no how can you connect them and use them as one big board?

ferrisio 2 years ago 28
it is, the Germans pronounce the it with a hard 'g'. As do I.
StuffOffYouStuff 2 years ago 2
@ferrisio Yeah it's how you should pronounce it, but if you look at Uli Behringer himself talking about his company he says Beh Ringe er
MandolinMan0001 1 year ago
@ferrisio It's easy. So that they sound more american and can sell more to musicians, usually beginners, who 'dunno' where or what Germany is.
