Obviously if the window wasnt tight it wouldnt squeak and if it didnt squeak there would be a gap and that gap air and pests and water could get through. The window squeaks right from the manufacturer. Thats the sound of vynil rubbing itself? Who opens a window anyways its 2011 not 1856.

To the kids who cry "new windows shouldn't squeak like that," I call bullshit. Squeky windows are a good thing people. They let you know they-re being opened, perhaps by meth heads looking to get fixed up with your shit.
