Oh thank you so much, your tutorials are extremely helpful. The Lithuanian language is beautiful and after meeting a Lithuanian friend I've decided to try to learn it. Also, don't worry, many English-as-a-first-language people say "Happy New Year's!" as a short form of 'New Year's Day' so that is perfectly fine! Thanks again!

You can say it in all ways.

Su artėjančiomis šventomis Kalėdomis ir Naujaisiais Metais.

Su artėjančiom šventom Kalėdom ir Naujaisiais Metais. (this is more casual)

Su atrėjančiomis šv. Kalėdomis ir Naujaisiais Metais. (We write this on postcards - as then we shorten šventomis to šv. the same as saint - St.)

There are many more ways to say it, but i thought to do a video on this one is better as it is shorter to remember for foreigners :)

Christmas Eve is a special night. Then you have to remember all ur relative , the ones who are already dead as well) and pray and have a very cozy and very close dinner only with family members.

while christmas day is already a celebration ... presents ... and lunch with the everyone else in the family.
