I know how to get to the actulle Emerald Dream. My mate is Shorty, the exploiter. I am in his exploit team; Random act of Violation. I can't say HOW to do it, but lets give you guys some clues.

Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game to previous versions to view instance triggers pesent during these patches that people claim have portals to emerald dream. Never once did i see a trigger for map 169. If there is no trigger there is no portal since a portal is only a model that has a trigger attached to it. It was not underneath hyjal either because you would still be on kalimdor's map not map 169. I have not seen an actual trigger to the dream ever.

This cannot, and never has been, able to get you into the Emerald Dream. The only thing that exists through the green smoke is a trip falling through the continent. The Emerald Dream is located on an entirely different map, map 169 to be exact. Kalimdor is 0, Azeroth is 1, and Northrend 2.

It would be like falling into ICC or AB, two areas on different maps. Its not possible. You can get port programs to move you to the Emerald Dream, if you are willing to risk the ban.

The Emerald Dream is also enormous. It is at least half the size of the entire continent of Kalimdor, and if I remember correct, is comprised of seven zones (so far), some being close to finished, and some being nowhere near finished.

A GM, whether on a live server or a private server, can recall himself to the Emerald Forest, one of the Emerald Dreams many zones.

I haven't tried it on the emerald dream, but ive used this method to get into old ironforge, ect.

all you need to do is disconnect your internet (turn it off or rip out the internet cable or w/e) and then re connect it after about 5-10mins and you will get a d/c log back in and you (in theory) would have fallen through into the emerald dream

Never was real, Emerald Dream was NEVER accessed in live servers, ever... They admitted on the voidwalker clan (the people that were the only ones who "knew" how to get in) that it was all fake, and in Dopefish's movie and all Nogg-aholic movies it was filmed in a private server.

It was. You were one of those people SWEARING it wasn't real because you couldn't get to it. It was real but it was fixed not long ago. There were only two ways in but it appears both have been fixed. That said, I was there way before they fixed wall jumping back at 60. 1.11 was the patch. It was doable, but it took time.

Emerald Dreams is quite possibly for future use. If you'll look at the Northeast corners of (if my memory serves me correctly) Ashenvale and Feralas, you'll see pics of a portal. If you go to these locations, there are elite dragonkin protecting portals that don't work atm. I truly believe those portals will be enabled at some point to access the Emerald Dream

those dragons were put there for a reason... They were the "new" outdoor raid-bosses pre-naxx if memory serves me right... Yes the portals may be used later in-game. And for your informations there are more than just those two spots, we got portals in duskwood and Hinterlands too... And for now they'v only served for finding the 4 different dragon bosses... you should find a raid and check them out, its worth it

I personally think the Emerald Dream will be added as Quel'Danas was in Burning Crusade. Ysera is in Northrend, and the green dragons, especially Eranikus, have a role in Old-World lore. Itharius has also already been moved to Northrend, along with the Four Dragons of Nightmare taking up residence in Azeroth. It could happen, but that's only my opinion.

ok .. i usally never post comments but heres the reeal thing.. first of the emerald dream HAS NO instance trigger ok. there is No portal or NO instance trigger in the game to emerald dream yes i kno . the lame idear of the instance triger underneath the green smoke started from a lil clan called " Void walkers" ever since that people always tried to go there and clam they got there on live server. but truth is there is NO WAY possible to get there .

This seems a bit fake to me..

I have a video of the same area (green smoke) but it was in the "real world" It is still possible to reach it without walljumping, however you'll need to have a balance druid with you, aswell as being a class that can charge an enemy.

If I ever renew my wow membership, I'll make a video showing how ^_^

nah.. the method is real and so is the green smoke however it's been hotfixed for over a year now(the sit/stand macro). that was the only way to get into emerald dream on retail afaik and there is currently no other methods.

I have my own way to get to the flares and nothing happens when trying to lag under them, you also said you had about 2 minutes to explore around, but the place you were in was in the very back.

There is no way you could get all the way back there in 2 minutes.

you can try auto unstuck but i dont think you can do it while moving so i suppose try it right infront of the wall before jumping
