Okay guys, I just got off the phone to Shaw and a guy there had a suggestion which seems to work for my computer. I have been able to view the past five videos in a row! He asked if I use Internet Explorer and then gave me the following directions: Click on tools, click on Internet Options, click on Connections, Click on Lan Settings. If "Automatically Detect Settings" is checked, UNCHECK it. That was it. Good Luck!

to all of this its the google accelerator or you dont have flash or you dont have a direct x device. uninstall completly the web accelerator if you have it. install adobe flash player. and make sure you have the direct x. but from all this the main coprate is web accelerator. the way accelerator works is to get the page as fast as possible so it blocks out all the things that you dont command it to do like play a vid just delete web accelerator unitl they fix the bug
