OC took away the warning signs at The Cliffs because the signs indicate that THEY made a mistake by dumping those man made rocks back in 1974. Many rocks are like a giant cheese cutter. I can't figure out why they would take away the signs a year ago but they did indicate that later the place will be fixed up, NOT. It also has to do with the unnecessary high price of parking because there is no shower, there is nothing but a messed up beach
