Long time past for this response about the goal posts, so sorry about that. But, according to what I heard, the Asst. Athletic director called Security and Facilities as soon as the victory occured, and had them unhook the goal post. Then they announced to the people coming into the stadium and allowed them to carry it out, with the wish that it remain reasonably intact. Quick thinking, and only minor damage. Pretty civil overall, considering what had happened.
