The crew of Destroyer Mirai wouldn't exist. Just like the movie "back to the future". No matter what, you do not change history. This is very important point of this anime, and that is what makes this very interesting. They are trying to find a way to get back to 21st century without changing too much history.

Man, if any of the gear today went back in time it wouldn't last long without a)lots of repair parts, 2)good maintenance crew. A Tilt-rotor plane like that is just as finicky as a normal helo 3)if any of the major systems went down, the corrective maintenance done by the manufacturers would be imppossible since they don't exis at that time period. At best you have a year of advantages with high-tech gear.

There's also GI Samurai but that went to Feudal times. Final Countdown the only 1 I know of that featured modern stuff going back to WW2. Specifically the Japanese theatre of war.
