Gaborik made the biggest mistake in all of hockey and kept his head down. If his head was up, he could have easily avoided the whole thing, and most likely have scored. Hasek just did a good job of reading this dumb ass, and instead of staying in the net (which would have the same odds of scoring either way), challenged him.
