The best method to "burn out false thought" is to see the obvious. For instance the word "Bless" B - Less, it's telling you to be less. Also, every time you doubt yourself, remember what you were thinking about, there is fear surrounding that thought, find out why.

Ive asked people why my third eye does this but no ones really answered my question. As for my heart i think ive opened it to varying degress, just feel a warmth, a peace a lovely energy but then id feel like i was loosing myself or dying and id snap back out of it. I have felt things "crumbling" in my personal life. Such, as it is, is coming to a head. I've fought it. It has seemed like I am being forced to conform to a world that is changing or old institutions that I feel should change and I've tried to break them by resisting them. however, they can not be broken. They've existed longer than myself. But, I know that I am not without power to change things. If I bend myself, I can bend those outward things that I have resisted, without BREAKING them. :)
