Is that really true - has rhythmics gone back in a direction of having better choreography and real 'movement', not just a series of contortions? I saw a competition about two years ago and was really dismayed by the direction it was going in. Rhythmic choreography used to be so innovative and edgy, often using interesting, discordant music and movements. In recent years the gymnasts have begun to resemble figure skaters or ice/ballroom dancers in some ways - which is NOT good thing IMO.

You don't have to download routines from here. Just go to rsg dot net slash forum. You'll find all videos there. Remember don't write in the address bar "dot" and "slash" in words, the signs are there in your keyboard.

Yeah just download a youtube converter. If you google 'youtube converter' many come up. Or if you dont want to download it, use an online converter. There is one on vixy dot net that works well so you might want to try that. Hope that helps.
