Is biotin bad for kids? Im 13 and my nails are like rubber and really chip alot!! I use strengthner or thickner but it dont help! Daily vitamins help; like esterC, vitD, and multi and omega3 fatti acids. But that helps getting them thicker but not longer. So, i repeat is this bad for me? Lkke is it a medicine?
